Hello, so my wedding in Ghana is August 28, 2024 and I was wondering if I needed a representative at the traditional wedding or the beachfront where we would say our vows or both? Also, can I apply for their certificate and do the process before August while I’m in the USA or do I have to wait till I get there in August to do everything?
